Itinerary/Excursions
Great Chalfield Manor & Gardens
This 15th century manor house is quite unique, hosting symmetrical gable cross wings and oriel windows. The manor gardens host a beautiful lily pond, alongside terraces, an orchard and waterfalls of pink roses.
The Courts Garden
Located only 30 minutes from The Chalfield Manor, The Courts Garden demonstrates the English country style at its best. The gardens are full of variety, and are brimming with colourful flora and stunning topiary.
Westwood Manor
Only open a couple of days in the Summer weeks, the Westwood Manor is often referred to as the perfect Wiltshire home. This late medieval building shows a subtle blend of Gothic, Jacobean and Medieval architectural features.
Avebury Manor
Enter this wonderful Grade I listed manor-house, and embark on a journey through time.The house has seen the Tudor, Georgian and Edwardian eras, and you can see evidence of this today. please note that Avebury Manor is currently closed for restoration, however we are hoping it will be re-opened by September 2026.
Day visit to Bath
Bath is the only city in the UK to be registered as a World Heritage Site. This city has been a wellbeing destination since the Roman times, and to this day people visit for this reason. Enjoy free time in Bath, either to learn more about its rich Roman heritage or to simply amble through the cobbled streets.
Iford Manor Gardens
These award-winning gardens demonstrate beautiful designs, inspired by Italian, Byzantine and Roman architecture. The gardens were designed in the late 19th century by Harold Peto, an Edwardian designer. In your visit, you can enjoy a welcome introduction followed by a self-giuded tour. Guided tours are available for a supplement.
The Wiltshire White Horses
Wiltshire holds at least 13 white horses, 8 of which are still visible today. Drive past thee magnificent symbols, which represent the county's rich history and beautiful landscapes.
