I have been involved with Airedale since the turn of the century when my partner David Kettell became a partner, serving as shareholder and director for many years, whilst bringing up our children and creating a rather lovely art gallery. In 2018 I stepped in as MD and began running the company.

Despite the pandemic, Airedale is stronger than ever, and we are really looking forward, with customer care and satisfaction paramount. I could not hope for a better team to help me face an exciting future.

I love travelling, walking, my three children, our dog Billie and of course Orla, my cat.

I joined Airedale last February as Marketing Executive, after previously working in Social Media Marketing and completing my MA in Contemporary English Literature.

At Airedale I look after marketing, so will hopefully be in touch with you all over the coming period, as well as meeting you all at shows we intend to attend. I have recently been involved in setting up the individual product and tours, an exciting new venture for the company!

I love to travel, so am very excited to have joined Airedale. Finding new places is one of my favourite pastimes, so Airedale is a perfect fit!

I have worked in HR for several years, covering all aspects of the processes involved in HR. Doing inductions for new staff, updating databases with staff information. PA to the MD and senior Directors. Organising hospitality for overseas visitors. Booking hotels, ordering phones and laptops for new sales staff. Booking first aid courses for factory staff and updating systems. Also, keeping up to date records of occupational health information.

Before that I worked in marketing, attending roadshows, organising events and marketing material. Updating sales systems. I have a strong administrative background and enjoy working in a team environment.

I’m Airedales newest member joining as Itineraries organiser. Before Airedale I have spent many years in both Operations & customer service. I will be supporting you all with your itinerary and ensuring your holiday runs smoothly. I look forward to being part of your fabulous holiday experience.

Outside of work I love to spend time with my family, grand children & my beloved dog Maisy. I love to travel and find hidden gems throughout the UK & Europe.

I have been with Airedale since 2018. Having over 15 years’ previous experience working in customer services has enabled me to build a great relationship with our customers and I take pride in making sure you are all looked after. I am here to answer any of your questions, and to deal with any requests you may have, together with producing rooming lists, booking flights, invoicing and all the administration that go towards your holidays. I love spending time with my husband and children, and we all love to travel!
