Additional Services

We will take care of all, or some of the paperwork depending on your preference. A member of our team will be assigned to look after your group and will deal directly with each person given by you on an individual and personal basis. Including informing your group of details of the holiday, raising invoices, collecting deposits and balances, sending final documents required, and more.

All client details are confidential and will not be used for anything else nor passed to third parties (exceptions; for flight and hotel requirements) without your or their consent.

There is a small charge applied based on size of group and services required. 

When the itinerary has been agreed we will produce a bespoke flyer and booking form that you can use to promote the holiday, whether that be via email, in your group magazine or to hand out at your meeting to help you sell the tour to your group.

Airedale provides free Public Liability Insurance for all group organisers booking tours through us.

This is included on all private group UK holidays. Please be advised that this is for cancellation only. If you or any of your group members require a more comprehensive travel insurance cover while you are away, you will need to take this out separately.
