Just off the coast of Cornwall lies the Isles of Scilly, an enchanting archipelago with unspoilt beaches, stunning wildlife, and breathtaking scenery. Explore Tresco Abbey Garden, the islands of St. Agnes and St. Martin’s, and enjoy scenic walks and a vineyard tour. With plenty of time for relaxation and island hopping, it’s the perfect escape for nature lovers.

Optional Excursion:

Wildlife Boat Trip - Puffins*

Sail from St Mary's on a wildlife expedition to spot a plethora of birdlife. Sail to the Northern Rocks or Eastern Isles to try and spot Puffins. The Isles of Scilly are one of the only places in the UK where you can spot Puffins, as they often migrate here during their breeding season (from mid-April to mid-July)

Itinerary/Excursions

Day 01

Sail to the Isles of Scilly and arrive around midday. Spend the afternoon settling in at your hotel, with an optional walk around Peninnis Head or The Garrison on St. Mary's. Enjoy your first dinner at the hotel.

Day 02

After breakfast, visit St Martin's, home to some of the most impressive beaches in the British Isles. Starting in Lower Town, take a walk before an early lunch at the Seven Stones pub (lunch not included), before walking down to Higher Town for a tour and tasting at St Martin's Vineyard. If time permits, enjoy a walk up over the Top Rocks for incredible views. Return to hotel for dinner and time at leisure.    

Day 03

After breakfast, take the boat to Tresco today, and explore Tresco Abbey Garden. This beautiful garden is built around the ruins of a Bendictine Abbey and is home to 20,000 plants from more than 80 countries. In the afternoon, either stay at the gardens or take a guided walk around Tresco before returning to your hotel. Enjoy dinner at the hotel        

Day 04

After breakfast, enjoy a day at your own leisure. One of the simplest pleasures on the Isles of Scilly is to explore. Why not join an archaeological walk to discover the island’s rich pre-historic past? Or hire a kayak to enjoy to views from a different perspective? If you are unsure what you would like to do, we are offering an optional excursion, where you enjoy a boat ride to spot beautiful Puffins.* After your day at leisure, enjoy dinner at the hotel.

Day 05

On your final full day, after breakfast, depart to St Agnes starting with a walk over the Gugh providing the tides are right. Visit Troytown Farm for some local ice cream (not included), St Agnes Church and Troytown Maze. Return to your hotel for your final group dinner.

Day 06

After breakfast, spend the morning at leisure, then return back to mainland UK, cherishing the memories you have made.
