Over 64 acres of picturesque gardens are waiting for you to discover them. In May, Rhododendrons in the Pinewoods are in flower. Bluebells appear along with spectacular displays of colour. Visit the Botanic Kitchen Cafe to indulge in delicious local produce whilst taking in your stunning surroundings.
Llangollen Railway
A Heritage Railway Site, the Llangollen Railway follows the River Dee for 10 miles through the Dee Valley. Located within an Area of Natural Beauty, the railway will provide stunning scenery as you travel along the track. Each station along the track is of classic Victorian design. Make sure you get a souvenir at the quaint shops along the track to take home with you!

11 miles of impressive canal spans two countries, with canals, aqueducts, tunnels and viaducts. The World Heritage Site has been proclaimed 'a masterpiece of creative genius' by UNESCO. The whole length of the site has also been designated a Scheduled Ancient Monument of National Importance, and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
RHS Bridgewater
Visit Salford and enjoy a day out at these stunning botanical gardens. The site dates back to the reign of Queen Victoria, and the stunning 156 acre RHS garden is in the Heart of the North West. An array of gardens are waiting to be discovered, complete with woodland and lakes. All the above excursions are suggested
