Babbacombe Bay on the English Riviera

In 1846, Queen Victoria wrote “It’s a beautiful spot, red cliffs and rocks with wooded hills like Italy and reminding one of a ballet or play where nymphs appear. Such rocks and grottoes, with the deepest sea on which there was no ripple.” Over 150 years later, it still feels the same. Great beaches, wonderful coast path walks, fantastic attractions, fresh local fish and seafood and a theatre. 

Price is per person sharing a twin or double room and based on 30 passengers - 5 Singles at no supplement.

A warm welcome awaits you at the Babbacombe Hotel offering friendly and comfortable surrounds directly on the sea front overlooking the famous Babbacombe Downs with far reaching beautiful views across Lyme Bay. Many of the 80 bedrooms have stunning sea views and some have private balconies. The hotel has a lift to most bedrooms, 8 ground floor as well as several single and disabled friendly rooms with wet rooms or step in showers with easy access. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, TV and hairdryer.
