Tour Itinerary

Day 01

Travel to Amsterdam, and check in to your hotel. Enjoy a welcome tea or coffee, before your dinner.

Day 02

After breakfast, you will head to the Van Gogh Museum for an audio tour. This tour will give you a fresh insight into how Van Gogh worked and what motivated him. In the museum, peruse Van Gogh's masterpieces and see his development as an artist, stepping into the world of Van Gogh. Afterwards, a local guide will meet you for a guided tour of historical Amsterdam city centre. Soak up the architecture of Amsterdam's Golden Age, whilst learning about the history of the city and the famous canal ring.

Day 03

After breakfast at the hotel, stop off for a tea or coffee and a Brabants worstenbroodje at one of Amsterdam's famous windmills. Then take a guided walk of the Van Gogh Nuenen, where you will literally tread in the footsteps of Vincent Van Gogh. Van Gogh Village will show you Vincent Van Gogh's journey to creating his first masterpiece 'The Potato Eaters' before returning to your hotel.

Day 04

After breakfast, head to the Kröller Müller Museum, a national art museum boasting the second-largest Van Gogh collection in the world. Enjoy masterpieces by modern artists such as Monet, Seurat, Picasso, and Mondriaan. Explore one of the most beautiful sculpture gardens in Europe with works by Barbara Hepworth, Jean Dubuffet, Marta Pan and others. 

Day 05

After breakfast at your hotel, journey back to the UK.
