Holland blooms in spring, coming alive with over 800 species of tulips

Keukenhof - “the most beautiful spring garden in the world”, with over seven million bulbs planted annually that bloom in Spring, with a total of 800 varieties of tulips. A visit is a unique and unforgettable experience where you can enjoy the spectacular flower shows and surprising inspirational gardens and unique art.

Price is per person and is based on 25 passengers sharing a double or twin room. Single supplement applies.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01

Travel to your hotel via Eurotunnel or ferry, and enjoy dinner upon arrival.

Day 02

After breakfast, visit Keukenhof where you will be among over 800 varieties of tulips with over 7 million bulbs being planted annually. Besides the sea of flowers, you will also enjoy spectacular flower shows, inspirational gardens, unique art and other events. You will then enjoy a 45 minute Whisperboat tour of Keukenhof to enjoy the peaceful Dutch landscape, whilst listening to an audio tour about the flower bulb region.

Day 03

This morning you will visit the historic triangle area of Hoorn, Medemblik, and Enkhuizen to learn about the history of the steam train in Holland. This tour will take you from the Museumship Friesland with a boat trip, with snacks on board, to Medemblik, where you will have some free time before boarding the steam train to Hoorn. You will then visit the Cheese Farm De Simonehoeve near Volendam, where you will have the chance to get a group souvenir picture of everybody dressed in clogs and traditional wear. A guided tour will then show you the cheese and clog making process, before unlimited tastings of cheese, Dutch cookies, and fruit wine.

Day 04

Today you will have a free day to explore the area at your leisure, perhaps visit the weekly flower market in Delft.

Day 05

After breakfast at the hotel, return back home.
