Discover Vienna’s musical heritage at the House of Music, where interactive exhibits and a dedicated Strauss dynasty collection bring history to life. Visit Vienna’s Central Cemetery (Zentralfriedhof), the final resting place of many great composers. Then, enjoy a guided walking tour through the city’s rich musical landmarks, a moving tribute to the city that gave the world so much music. Finally, visit the historic Wiener Konzerhaus to attend a delightful concert showcasing the best of Strauss and Mozart.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01

Depart from the UK and arrive at Vienna airport, where you will be met by a local assistant and transfer via private coach to your city centre hotel.Begin your journey at the Johann Strauss Apartment Museum, the very place where Strausscomposed the iconic Blue Danube. Step into his world through original instruments,manuscripts, and personal artifacts that bring his story to life.Enjoy dinner at the hotel with your group and Airedale Representative.

Day 02

For your first full day, enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, dive deeper into Vienna’s musical soul at the House of Music, an innovative, interactive museumfeaturing a dedicated section to the Strauss dynasty.Afterward have time at leisure, enjoy a stroll through the enchanting Prater Park, and perhaps experiencethe nostalgic charm of Vienna with a ride on the Riesenrad Ferris Wheel — a scene as timeless as Strauss’s melodies. Today's dinner is at leisure.

Day 03

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. This morning meet your guide and visit the Central Cemetery (Zentralfriedhof), paying yourrespects at Strauss’s final resting place among Vienna’s greatest composers.Conclude your Strauss journey with a guided walking tour highlighting Vienna’s rich musicallandmarks — a moving homage to the city that gave the world so much music.You will have an early evening meal at leisure, before immersing yourself in the golden age of Viennese music with a Strauss & Mozartconcert at the historic Konzerthaus Vienna, where Strauss himself once held the conductor’sbaton.

Enjoy your final breakfast at the hotel before departing back to Vienna airport, where you'll return to the UK.
