Discover the charm of southern Italy on a journey through Puglia, a region famed for its whitewashed hill towns, baroque architecture, and stunning coastline.
Explore the unique Trulli houses of Alberobello, the beautiful baroque city of Lecce, and the ancient cave dwellings of Sassi di Matera. You will also visit Ostuni, known as the “White City”, wander through olive groves and vineyards and enjoy cultural delights along the way.

Day 01
Depart from the UK, arrive at Bari Airport and transfer by private coach to the hotel in Alberobello, the enchanting UNESCO town of the trulli. Check-in, and enjoy a welcome dinner.
Day 02
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion with guide. Visit Ostuni, the dazzling “White City” with winding alleys, stone staircases and magnificent views towards the Adriatic Sea. Continue to Locorotondo, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, with its circular old town and charming balconies. A highlight of the day: olive oil tasting at a traditional masseria, learning about the ancient art of olive growing in Apulia. Return to your hotel for dinner.
Day 03
After breakfast, enjoy a morning guided visit of Bari Vecchia: Basilica San Nicola, Cattedrale di San Sabino, and the atmospheric lanes where women prepare handmade orecchiette pasta. Afternoon excursion to Polignano a Mare, perched dramatically on cliffs above the sea, perfect for a walk and a gelato by the Adriatic. Return to the hotel for dinner.
Day 04
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day guided excursion. In Lecce, the “Florence of the South”, admire the Basilica di Santa Croce, Piazza del Duomo, Roman amphitheatre, and visit the Cattedrale di Lecce. In the afternoon, discover Gallipoli, a picturesque fishing town on an island connected by a bridge. Stroll along the old quarter and harbour. Return to the hotel for dinner.
Day 05
After breakfast, enjoy an excursion to Matera in Basilicata. Guided walking tour of the Sassi districts, with their cave dwellings, rupestrian churches and breathtaking panoramas.Free time to explore, shop for local crafts, or enjoy a caffè in the historic centre. Return to hotel for dinner.
Day 06
After breakfast, journey across the Alta Murgia plateau to Castel del Monte, the iconic octagonal fortress built by Emperor Frederick II. Guided visit inside the castle. Afternoon return through the scenic Murgia landscapes dotted with dry stone walls and olive groves. Return to hotel for dinner.
Day 07
After breakfast, start the day with a walking tour of Alberobello, admiring its UNESCO listed quarters of trulli. Continue to Martina Franca, known for its refined baroque palaces and narrow alleys.In the afternoon, visit Grottaglie, the Apulian capital of ceramics: explore artisan workshops and perhaps purchase unique handmade souvenirs. Return to the hotel for your final dinner.
