Tour Summary
The Traditional Cuisine of Southern Italy
Travel coast to coast, discovering the treasures and culinary delights of Southern Italy.
Price is per person sharing a double or twin room and is based on 25 passengers. Single supplement applies.

Day 02
Enjoy a scenic drive along the Amalfi Coast, one of the most beautiful coastal roads in the world. Stop to explore Amalfi, and visit its Arab-Norman Cathedral, taking in the magnificent architecture. To finish the day, savour a limoncello tasting, made with fresh, local lemons.

Day 03
The two UNESCO wonders of Naples and Pompeii are a must-see when visiting Southern Italy. Take a guided tour along the streets of Naples, a lively city at the foot of Mountain Vesuvius. Savour a Neapolitan pizza before heading to Pompeii to discover the ancient Roman ruins.

Day 04
Tour Matera, a European Capital of Culture, and explore the famous 'sassi' cave dwellings. You will then have the opportunity to sample some delicious locally-produced sourdough bread with olive oil in Altamura.

Day 05
Try your own hand at making Puglia's own ear-shaped pasta, 'orecchiette', in a cookery class. Of course, you will be able to eat your delicous home-made meal for lunch, complete with wine tasting. You will then visit the lovely seaside town of Polignano a Mare, where you can take a lovely stroll down the beach or take in the breathtaking views.

Day 06
Wander through Ostuni's winding streets, also known as 'White City'. For lunch, you will be visiting a local macelleria, also known as a butcher's restaurant. The charming village of Alberobello then awaits, with it's famous cone-roofed trulli houses, a truly picturesque setting.

Day 07
Visit the sea port town of Trani with cobblestone streets and medeival churches. Visit a local cheese producer's, learning how burrata is traditionally made with mozzarella and cream, before finishing with lunch (we promise it will be deliciously cheesy!).

Day 01
Transfer in UK from chosen pick-up point to airport, and then a transfer from destination to hotel.
Day 02
