Rudesheim

Visit Rudesheim, a small, picturesque city lying to the south of Rhine Valley, on the Rhine River. Rudesheim is classic Germany famed for medieval castles, terraced vineyards, timbered architecture, gothic churches, and of course, the Rudesheim Christmas Market. At christmas, Rudesheim Christmas Market is filled with numerous stalls offering locally baked goods and food, gifts, and mulled wine or brandy.

Bruges

A popular Christmas destination, Bruges at Christmas is wonderful. Christmas music and the aromas of mulled wine and winter spices fill the air. Trees are strung with fairy lights, and the ice rink in the square allows for some festive skating!

Frankfurt

Frankfurt has one of the oldest and largest Christmas markets in Germany that has been running since 1393. With a 30-metre high Christmas tree, it is also one of the most popular. Unique scenery, local delicacies, and traditions bring together 240 festively decorated stalls in the Romerberg and the surrounding streets and squares.

Heidelburg

At Christmas, the Heidelberg Christmas market spreads over the entire Old Town. With five different areas for the Christmas Market, each one is unique and brings something new to explore.

This central hotel is situated steps from Saint James' Church and Ypres Market Square and within close proximity of the Menin Gate Memorial and Ypres Town Hall. All 122 bedrooms are en-suite, have TV, radio, telephone, hairdryer and hospitality tray. There is a steam room and a fitness centre. The ”Rudesheimer Hof” is a delightful family run hotel run by Sissi & Wilhelm Heymach. They take great pride in looking after their guests. Dukes’ Arches Hotel, Bruges

Located a few minutes away from the Markt, shops and restaurants, this hotel is centrally located in a newly renovated mansion(only public areas has been renovated). It houses a wellness centre in the hotel’s 16th-century cellars. The sound-proof rooms have air conditioning, coffee/tea facilities and free Wi-Fi. They each have a private marble bathroom that comes with free toiletries. The wellness area includes a sauna and steam bath. Sporty guests can make use of the fitness area.
