Hunterian Museum, Art Gallery & Mackintosh House

Dedicated to William Hunter, the Hunterian is the oldest museum in Scotland. All located on the campus of the University of Glasgow, visit the Museum, Art Gallery and Mackinstosh House for various exhibitions and displays.

Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum

Open since 1901, the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is home not only to art and exhibits, but also to stunning architecure. A changing programme of exhibitions and displays means each time you visit no two things will be the same.

Gallery of Modern Art

The world class art museum displays artwork from around the world. Located in the centre of Glasgow, you will find four different galleries, a shop and a library to peruse.

Designed in 1901, and opened in 1966, House of an Art Lover has a fascinating history which defines the pioneering creativity of Mackinstosh and the ambition and ingenuity of a group of dedicated artists and engineers who worked to complete his vision more than 70 years later.

Built in 1854, this hotel was once the High School of Stirling. Less than 10 minutes’ walk from the city’s historic castle, it has an AA Rosette-awarded restaurant and free parking. Each of the 96 beautifully appointed rooms at the Stirling Highland Hotel are bright and spacious, with satellite TV and facilities for making tea and coffee. The award-winning Scholars Restaurant serves traditional and international gourmet cuisine. Guests can also enjoy a range of drinks in the Headmaster’s Study Bar. The Stirling spa is home to four tranquil treatment rooms, a 17-metre indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a fully equipped gym with an extensive class timetable.
