Cologne offers many attractions as well as being known for its joyous attitude and party spirit.
 
Led by its Magnificent, Filigree Twin Spired Cathedral, the adjacent Museum Ludwig showcases 20th-century art, including many masterpieces by Picasso and the Romano-Germanic Museum houses Roman antiquities.
